We are proud of our products and services, and this everybody may well know! Therefore, please do not hold back with your questions and suggestions – we will make sure that you will be informed competently and comprehensively „on all channels“:
- Seminars and trainings: Everywhere the label “electronics” is attached, changes are manifold and progressing extremely fast. You will always stay up to date with us! Do not miss current trends with our seminars and trainings that we offer in irregular intervals. Always a gain for you is, e.g., the “Engelsbrander Elektronik Forum”.
- Trade fairs: Where the industry meets, LTC is also not far. For instance at the trade fairs PRODUCTRONICA. Just a visit to the LTC booth – you do not need more to be informed in the best possible way.
Comprehensive service with LTC naturally also means that we process your order requests individually and as quickly as possible.
- Your direct line to LTC: Send us your stencil data simply by e-mail, and we take care of everything else. With one click to the appropriate stencil – there is really no easier way.
- Delivery times and surcharges: You can count on us, even if occasionally time is
of the utmost essence. In normal service, your SMD stencils will be ready within three working days. As a standard, we deliver on the day after the next if your order documents/release are received with us until 12 o'clock. With the 24 hour express service, we will dispatch your goods on the next day, with the 6 hour express service even on the same day. If there is a particular urgency, you can transmit us the order/release until 5 p.m.; we will promptly dispatch on the next morning. - Frame warehouse: We do not complain that delivery times are becoming ever shorter; we rather take this as a stimulus to do still more for you. In this sense we have created a warehouse for our customer’s frames. You send us your frames – we clean them and string them again. Fast response times are thereby a matter of course also with glued stencils. As a matter of course, maintaining your frame storage with us does not cost you anything.
- Pad modification: As is well known, the devil is in the detail. With our services we ensure that you will not even encounter him in the first place. We will advise you with data management, optimization of stencil openings, and further service and software offerings. Let us prepare the master for your adhesive stencil or dimension your printed circuit board. We will then determine the effective data. Is the relevant information stored on old films? This, too, we will be pleased to take care of.
