The advancement of the revolutionary self-tensioning frame system QUATTRO-FLEX® elevates again the benchmark for set-up time and economic efficiency. Thus, placement of the metal stencil has become even simpler. The particularly generous reception spaces facilitate inserting and prevent damage when tensioning the sheet.
With QUATTRO-FLEX® II, the reception pins are located completely on the outside. The squeegee area has been increased by 30 percent compared to QUATTRO-FLEX® I and thereby is larger than with a glued stencil.
In addition, the reception pins have been converted into mobile pistons. The stencil tension can now be variably and extremely precisely controlled with pressure reducers. Misprints are substantially prevented while completely new scopes for innovative layouts are created.

At a setting of 4 bar we achieve a tension of >40 Newton. This corresponds to the tension of a glued stencil. A further benefit is realized when using stencil cleaning equipment for cleaning the stencil.
Since no adhesive materials are used, cleaning media are freely selectable.
